At The Swell Score, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5 business days.
